The Work Meister S1 3 Piece wheels are commonly a low disk mount which causes the vehicles axle end/axle nut to protrude the center bore of the wheel or sit close to flush. You MUST measure the center cap bore opening on the face to ensure the correct size kit. There are many different variables to ensure our center cap floating kit will work with your setup; disk size, hub depth, spacers, axle nuts, axles, etc. If you are unsure if there is enough clearance behind the cap to choose from raised or flat housing, we HIGHLY encourage to first purchase our Work Meister S1 Test cap kit to see which of the two options (flat or raised) will work best with your setup. We will reimburse you a $5 refund from the purchase of a single test kit (not including shipping) after you purchase the floating conversion kit.

Our 66mm and 73mm housings will have an emblem plate housing with a recessed center section to help center the emblem, with the main housing having a small ring around the floating assembly. See photos for reference. (SS Emblem is for example only and is not included with cost). The 60mm kit does not have a small lip around the emblem plate but will include a centering tool to properly install the emblem.

Enhance your Work Meister S1 3 piece wheels with this floating center cap conversion kit. These will spin your center caps effortlessly, will remain level while parked and have a slight “floating” feature while driving, enhancing the overall appearance of your wheels.

This DIY kit does not include any emblems. Please note that you need to purchase a set of 60mm Work center cap emblems to transfer onto the new floating cap assemblies. These have been designed specifically for the "Work Optional" line of center caps that you can purchase directly from Work Wheels which have a few different color variations to choose from. Both the big base and small base options will work as they both utilize the same emblem size which is the only part you will transfer to the floating assembly. You can purchase them here.

Flat - Your axle end/axle nut must sit at least 10mm inside the hub from edge of center cap bore lip at the face. For more clearance, it may be required to run a small wheel spacer.

Raised -  Your axle end/axle nut must not protrude more than 5mm poking out from edge of center cap bore lip at the face. For more clearance, it may be required to run a small wheel spacer.

Key reminders!  
- There is approximately 15mm of components behind the center cap. You may need to measure to ensure your axle/axle nut will not interfere with the components causing the cap to be stuck.

These kits are 3D printed with ABS filament and use ball bearings for the spinning components. Never use a screwdriver or attempt to disassemble the components as it will damage and break the small parts.
