2000–2004 Subaru Legacy Sedan Rear Window Vents (BE)
Upgrade the ventilation and functionality of your Subaru Legacy with Visual Autowerks Window Vents. Designed specifically for the 2000–2004 Subaru Legacy Sedan (BE), these removable rear window vents are ideal for track days, road trips, pets, shows, and everyday driving.
The vents fit onto the factory rear window glass and seat against the upper weatherstripping when the doors are closed, allowing the windows to remain partially open while helping increase airflow through the cabin. They're especially useful at the track for additional ventilation without relying on the A/C, while also helping reduce wind turbulence and buffeting during everyday and highway driving.
For camping and outdoor use, an optional integrated mesh screen is available to help prevent insects and debris from entering the cabin while still allowing fresh air to flow through.

Each pair includes one driver-side and one passenger-side rear door window vent.
This listing is for the BE-body sedan only. These vents use an installation method designed for the vehicle's frameless rear door windows.

Mesh Option: If mesh mesh is selected, the screen is permanently installed within the window vent and is not designed to be removed.
INSTALLATION
Installation is simple and completely reversible. With the rear door open, position the factory window glass at the height specified in the included instructions. Slide the vent onto the top edge of the glass so the glass seats inside the channel along the bottom of the vent.
Carefully close the door, ensuring the upper edge of the vent seats correctly within the factory weatherstripping. Check alignment before closing the door completely, and do not force the door closed if the vent is not positioned correctly.
To remove the vent, open the door and carefully lift the vent upward and off the window glass.
The factory windows cannot be fully closed while the vents are installed. Remove the vents before returning the windows to their normal fully closed position.
No drilling, cutting, adhesives, or permanent modification to the vehicle is required. Follow the included installation instructions for proper positioning and use.

Visual Autowerks Window Vents are designed to install without damaging the vehicle's windows or factory window trim when properly installed. As with any vehicle accessory, proper installation and use are the responsibility of the customer. Visual Autowerks is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or use.
Rain Guards / Window Visors: If your vehicle has aftermarket rain guards or window visors, check that they do not interfere with the vent seating against the upper weatherstripping or with opening and closing the door. Compatibility can vary by brand, design, and installation.
Window Tint: Our window vents may be compatible with vehicles equipped with aftermarket window tint, and many customers have successfully used them on tinted windows. However, compatibility can vary depending on several factors, including the type, thickness, age, installation quality, and overall condition of the tint film.
Because the lower channel of the vent fits over the window glass, some contact with the glass and/or tint film may occur during installation, use, or removal. Because every tint application can vary, Visual Autowerks cannot guarantee that the vents will not scratch, mark, lift, or otherwise damage aftermarket window tint.
Customers with tinted windows should use additional care during installation and use the product at their own discretion. Visual Autowerks is not responsible for damage to aftermarket window tint resulting from installation or use of the window vents.
To help prevent accidental movement of the windows while the vents are installed, we recommend activating the vehicle's Window Lock after installation.
