Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because all payment methods (including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment providers) charge non-refundable payment processing fees at the time an order is placed, all approved order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Additionally, all of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our production schedule, and materials may already be cut or allocated specifically for your order before shipment.

The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Window Vent Returns

All Visual Autowerks window vents are made to order and built specifically to the vehicle, design, and options selected at checkout.

If you wish to return your window vents for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain return authorization before sending your order back.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging, inserts, stickers, and included materials.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is issued.

If the product has been installed, modified, damaged, is missing components, or cannot be resold as new, Visual Autowerks reserves the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Product Materials

Please review each product description carefully before purchasing.

Our window vents are manufactured from ABS plastic and are not metal. Material specifications are listed on every product page to help ensure customers understand exactly what they are purchasing.

Our optional mesh screen is made from durable nylon mesh, not metal mesh. It is intentionally designed to provide excellent airflow while helping keep insects and debris out of the vehicle.

Differences in customer expectations regarding materials or construction do not qualify as product defects.

Custom Window Vents

Custom-made window vents are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, custom cutout designs such as names, logos, hearts, flames, diamonds, custom artwork, or any other personalized modifications created specifically for your order.

Floating Center Cap Conversion Kits

All floating center cap conversion kits are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these products.

If you accidentally ordered the incorrect kit, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the kit is unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition with all original packaging and components included.

Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, painted, wrapped, glued, machined, or otherwise altered are not eligible for exchange. Any kit returned showing signs of installation, wear, or damage may be refused and returned to the customer.

For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs for the replacement order.

  • Any difference in product price between the original and replacement kit.

Replacement products will not be shipped until the original kit has been received and inspected.

Exchanges (Window Vents)

If you accidentally ordered the incorrect window vents, we're happy to help.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Returning the original product.

  • Return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs for the replacement product.

  • Any price difference between products.

Replacement items will not be shipped until the original product has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days after your refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and cannot be expedited by Visual Autowerks.

Return Condition

Returned products must be received in their original packaging with all included accessories, promotional materials, instruction cards, and stickers.

Returns that arrive with missing components, excessive wear, installation damage, scratches, modifications, or packaging that prevents the item from being resold as new may receive a reduced refund or be rejected entirely at the discretion of Visual Autowerks.
