Shipping policy

All of our window vents are made to order and can take up to 7-10 business days to ship (Business days are only Monday through Friday and do not include holidays). All domestic orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending which is a faster shipping estimate to you when we create the label. Domestic shipments usually take 1-5 business days, but sometimes there is a delay depending on the season, volume of packages of the shipping carrier, and any global issues (pandemic, mother nature, etc). Once your order ships, we DO NOT have ANY control where the package is. PLEASE do not email us, insisting we have more information on our end being the shipper. We only see the same information you see when looking up any tracking information. If you need ANY additional information on where your item is, you MUST contact the shipping carrier that is listed in your tracking information. 

 

DAMAGED OR NON DELIVERED ITEMS FROM SHIPPING - 

Please send us an email. We can start a claim and will need you as the customer to help fill out a specific form we will send you to help resolve this issue. The claim will cover the cost for a replacement set to be sent out to you. Lost shipment claims cannot be started any earlier than 20 days from date of shipping out for domestic shipments, or 40 days for international shipments.
